Trinidad

On June 27th we went to Trinidad and stayed at the Pepsi house for the weekend. I went with mommy and daddy, grandma and grandpa, uncle Kevin, Aunt Ashley, Uncle Jeremey and Uncle Cedar. We had a lot of fun. Mommy and Grandma and I stayed at the house while everyone else went fishing and caught a bunch of fish and crab. That night we had a big feast, but I only had milk. Grandma Bonnie, great grandma Sam and great grandpa Gralph came up from Eureka and ate with us too. We also went on hikes to the beach. This was my first trip to the ocean and I had a lot of fun.

McHale Family Reunion

On June 21 we had a family reunion with the whole McHale family. There were about ninety of us there. We had family all the way from Texas, Washington and Oregon come for the party. I got to meet all of my cousins and aunts and uncles. At the reunion we had a family auction, horseshoes, lots of food and dancing. There was even rain, thunder and lightening, but it didn't stop the party.

My name is Ava Nicolet Wilson. I was born on May 29, 2008 at 2:57 p.m. When I was born I weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and was 20 inches long. My mommy and daddy were very happy to finally meet me and so were my grandparents and aunts and uncles.
